Way before Parlor Coffee was a gleam in his eye, founder Dillon Edwards moved to New York City to help open New York City’s first Stumptown in the Nomad Ace Hotel. Here he is behind bar on opening day, September 7, 2009. In the background you can see the side view of Jamie Hodgkin, now the co-owner of Bushwick’s High Low Beverage Company.
