Thoughtful Coffee‘s Brian Zhou will be taking over the pourover bar at Villager to showcase his latest roasts on Sunday, April 30th. Offerings are Honey Pink Bourbon (w/tartaric acid + orange peels) by Jairo Arcila and Mixed Koji Caturra by Wilton Benitez. Villager is the best cafe in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and this multi-roaster shop is one of my overall faves in New York City. Hope to see you there.
