For those who like to stay in New York City for Labor Day weekend, Thoughtful Coffee‘s Brian Zhou will be taking over the pourover bar at Villager to showcase his latest roasts. Multi-roaster shop Villager is the best cafe in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and one of my overall faves in New York City.
