Roaster Showcase | Forchewn, Onyx at Filson, Union Square

Every month Filson platforms primarily local coffee companies by letting them set up tables in the lobby of their Union Square flagship location. This month’s iteration is part of a cactus and succulent shopping event and involves giant Arkansas indie roaster, Onyx, and Queens-based specialty instant company, Forchewn.

Most of the tables offer free tastes, but I don’t think that Filson sets any ground rules for the event.
