For those who, like me, enjoy sticking around New York City on Memorial Day Weekend, Gainesville, Florida’s Resident Coffee Roasters will be holding a cupping at Principles on Monday at 10am. I’ve never had a bad coffee from Resident, and I’m really looking forward to this one.
