Michigan’s High Bank Coffee Roasters Bar Takeover at Drip Coffee, SoHo

Saturday, July 13 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Michigan’s High Bank Coffee Roasters will be taking over the bar at Drip Coffee for the second time, with the following, in their own words:

The Ethiopia Neja Fadil is a Kenya style double washed, super clean and just a nice sweet classic Ethiopia profile.

Yulissa’s red Catuaí from Bolivia has her typical brief anaerobic fermentation stage prior to being fully washed, giving it a nice red raspberry fruit note and this malty / cola like sweetness that we are obsessed with.

Wilton Benitez Yellow Bourbon, also anaerobic washed and thermal shock. Super clean and lots of clarity, white tea aroma with tamarind and citrus. Juicy and sweet.

Rafael Vinhal’s ML-59 Delicious this year, pulls out all of the stops, anaerobic washed brazil, with thermal shocks between each fermentation, then centrifuged and dried out. Cinnamon and berry are the main flavors with great sweetness. We will be pulling shots of that coffee – texture is wonderful.
