Lucienne Pop-up at Tadaima, Industry City

Josh Batenhorst’s nano-roaster Lucienne will be popping up at Tadaima, one of New York City’s finest Japanese bakeries, and one that serves Lucienne’s coffee on a regular basis. Josh, who spent many years in Japan, worked as a barista at Tadaima on weekends until just recently.

His offerings will be similar to those served at the Lucienne / Drip Coffee pop-up on Sep 2nd and include his delicious re-imagining of coffee jelly, a Japanese dessert that is usually made using ancient, dark roast coffee, a passionfruit shandy, and various pourovers using his self-roasted coffee.

This is in addition to all of the beautiful items offered on an ongoing basis by Tadaima.
