Coffee Summer Camp: Week 3 | Natural Does Not Mean Organic – Coffee Processing Methods at Lattente, Williamsburg

Taught by Henry Sloth, a Lattente barista with a Nicaraguan coffee farmer family background, and Rachel Keen of Typica US, the US arm of a Japan-based company that connect coffee producers to roasters, the five week Coffee Summer Camp builds on last year’s fun and informational Social Impact Chats series, also held at Lattente.

This iteration of Coffee Summer Camp covers the coffee processing methods such a natural, washed and anaerobic.
