Every Wednesday we meet to explore New York City specialty coffee, this week at NoHo’s Semm, which opened this past Friday.

Semm is a Korean-leaning cafe, wine bar and gallery. The menu is divided into four sections: tea pot service, tea and malcha, pourovers and espresso drinks. Their coffee, primarily co-ferments, is roasted by Tera, and David Wynn, Tera’s owner, consulted on this cafe
