Every Wednesday we meet to explore the New York City specialty coffee scene, this week at Banh by Lauren, a Vietnamese-French bakery in Two Bridges. Banh by Lauren has the best coffee program for a dedicated bakery in the city. Afterwards we will probably head over to Bazu! in Chinatown, a few blocks away.
