Ciclos Peruvian Coffee at Drip, SoHo

As part of the Peruvian coffee and craft chocolate company Ciclos’ US roadshow, they’ll be at Drip Coffee, SoHo on Sunday at 10am. I spoke to Felipe Aliaga from Ciclos, who has been living in Peru for eight years working with small-scale farmers to improve their post-harvest practices.

Drip will be brewing up two single varietal, single estate coffees from Peru’s central jungle region, one, a yellow Obatá, and the other, a Catiguá, grown and processed by the family farm Chacra d’Dago as well as a Northern single-estate blend of Yellow Caturra & Marshell. I hope to see you there.
